Cleaning and inspection of bearing shells

Large motor bearings are individually boxed and shipped. After unpacking, first remove the upper and lower pads with eyebolts, mark them, and clean them with kerosene. Dry them with a dry cloth and check whether all grooves are clean, whether there is residual sand from casting, whether the tungsten layer is not well bonded to the tile body, and if the grooves, cracks, sand holes, and other impurities are scratched. If it cannot be repaired, tungsten gold shall be hung again。
