If the speed and rotation speed of the selected split bearing pedestal cannot meet the operating requirements, certain improvement measures can be taken to achieve better requirements. For example, improving the tolerance of oil free bearings; Increase the clearance appropriately; Change the structure of special materials and cages; Changing the lubrication method is similar to using oil vapor, oil mist, and jet lubrication; Improve cooling conditions, etc.
When disassembling the split bearing block, connect the outer ring to the upper carriage and the inner ring to the lower carriage. Clean and place the sealing ring on the split bearing block. Use a crane to separate the equipment and take out the screws and bolts on the split bearing block. After taking out all the steel balls and isolation sleeves, inspect the steel balls and isolation sleeves. If the isolation sleeves are cracked or damaged, they should be replaced in a timely manner. The steel ball inspection is to clean the steel balls and place them under sunlight to see if there are any pits or pits on the steel balls.
