2. Changes in force system and shape caused by centrifugal forces at high speeds.
High temperature bearing pedestals require that the parts of the shaft and seat hole where the stamped bearing pedestals are installed should have higher dimensional and positional accuracy than the general requirements, especially the coaxiality and perpendicularity of the shoulder to the seat hole or journal. It should be noted that when considering these issues, attention must be paid to the high-speed and high-temperature factors during the operation of the high temperature bearing pedestals.
High temperature bearing pedestals are required to have excellent clearance at operating temperature, which is formed when the inner and outer ring ball grooves are aligned in the center. At the same time, as the high-temperature bearing pedestal strives to reduce relative sliding and internal friction, it is not necessary to adjust the clearance of the high-temperature bearing pedestal by relative dislocation of the inner and outer rings along the axial direction。
