This shaft sleeve is easy to install and does not require additional fixation on the shaft. When using a locking sleeve on the optical shaft, the bearing can be positioned anywhere on the shaft. When used together with a stepped ring on a stepped shaft, the bearing can be axially positioned, which also facilitates the removal of the bearing.

application

The tightening sleeve is used to fix tapered hole self-aligning bearings (self-aligning ball bearings, self-aligning roller bearings) onto a shoulderless shaft. The tightening sleeve manufacturer has a simple structure, reliable operation, and convenient bearing replacement. It is widely used in industries such as textile, light industry, papermaking, metallurgy, belt transportation, and transportation equipment.

Composition structure

The set sleeve is composed of set bushing, lock nut, lock washer (or lock clamp), and other parts. Set sleeves with lock nuts and lock washers can only be interchanged as a complete set. Spare parts from different sources cannot be interchanged.

Difference from the removal sleeve

Tighten the round nut against the bearing by tightening the set sleeve, while the reverse is true for removing the sleeve. The specific implementation method is that the thread opening position is different: the tightening sleeve is at the thin position, while the withdrawing sleeve is at the thick position.
