How to prolong the service life of heavy bearing blocks

Special attention should be paid to the following points during the use of the maintenance of the bearing pedestal: the use of the cooling system for the bearing pedestal. The correct use of cooling water for the bearing block not only extends the service life of the bearing block, but also improves the forward consumption efficiency. The data on the bearing pedestal is generally made of specialized bearing pedestal steel after various treatments.

Even better bearing pedestal steels have application limits, such as temperature. In the application state of the bearing seat, assuming that the mold temperature is too high, it is easy to cause cracks on the surface of the mold core. Some bearing seats do not even have large areas of cracks above 2000 mold times. Therefore, in use, the bearing seat discolors the mold core due to the excessively high temperature of the bearing seat.

After measuring to over 400 degrees Celsius, this temperature is prone to cracking when it is cooled by the release agent, and edible products are also prone to deformation, strain, and mold adhesion. Using cooling water for the bearing block can greatly reduce the use of mold release agents, thereby eliminating the need for operators to use mold release agents to reduce the temperature of the bearing block.

The benefits of this approach are to extend the life of the bearing pedestal, save the die casting cycle, promote production, reduce mold sticking, strain, and aluminum sticking, and reduce the use of mold release agents. It can also reduce the loss of the ejector pin and core caused by overheating of the bearing seat.

During the initial stage of consumption, the bearing pedestal should be temporarily preheated to avoid cracking caused by sudden contact with hot metal liquid on the cooling bearing pedestal. For relatively disordered bearing pedestals, blowtorch, liquefied gas, and a mold temperature machine in good condition can be used. For relatively simple bearing pedestals, slow pressure injection preheating can be used.
