FAG imported bearings are precision parts that must be used with caution. No matter how high the performance of a bearing is, if improperly used, it will not achieve the expected high performance. What is the use method of FAG imported bearings? The following precautions should be taken when importing FAG bearings:

1. Maintain FAG to clean the inlet bearing and its surroundings.

Even small dust invisible to the eyes can cause adverse effects on the FAG inlet bearing. Therefore, it is necessary to keep the surroundings clean to prevent dust from entering the bearings.

2. Use FAG carefully. During use, imported bearings have a significant impact on the bearings, causing scars and indentations, which can become the cause of accidents. In severe cases, cracks and fractures may occur, so it is important to pay attention.

3. Pay attention to corrosion of FAG inlet bearing

When operating bearings, sweat on your hands can become the cause of rust. Pay attention to using clean hands and try to wear gloves.

4. Use appropriate operating tools

Appropriate tools must be used to prevent replacement with existing tools.

Many users are familiar with FAG imported bearings, but the installation method of FAG imported bearings is not very clear. Whether the installation is good or not will affect the accuracy, service life, and performance of the bearing. Therefore, it is necessary to fully study the installation method of imported bearings recommended by FAG to customers according to the following engineering operating standards:

Press fit

The inner ring of the FAG inlet bearing fits closely with the shaft. When the external part and the bearing housing hole are relatively loose, the press can first press the shaft onto the shaft, then connect the shaft and the bearing together and place them in the bearing housing hole. During pressure installation, place a mounting sleeve (copper or mild steel) made of soft metal material on the end surface of the bearing inner ring. The inner diameter of the mounting sleeve should be slightly larger than the diameter of the bearing neck, and the diameter should be slightly smaller than the edge of the bearing inner race to prevent pressure from being placed on the cage. When the outer side of the bearing closely fits the bearing housing hole and the inner ring and shaft are relatively loose, press the bearing into the bearing housing hole first. At this point, the diameter of the mounting sleeve should be slightly lower than the diameter of the seat hole. If the bearing collar fits closely with the shaft and seat hole, the inner ring and outer side of the installation chamber should be pressed into the shaft and seat hole at the same time. The structure of the assembly sleeve should be able to maintain the inner ring and outer end faces of the bearing at the same time.

Generally, new bearings can be used without oil, but the time is not long. FAG imported bearings are resistant to high temperatures and wear-resistant base greases due to their high temperature and wear-resistant properties. In the past, calcium based greases have gradually been phased out because they are not resistant to high temperatures. When adding, remove the oil from the original bearing. Motor bearings should not exceed 70 degrees, especially high-speed bearings. It consumes a lot at high speeds. It should always be refueled. The temperature used in the gearbox should not exceed 60 degrees. Due to the presence of lubricating oil in the gearbox, the summer temperature is 60 degrees. The bearings on the pump must not exceed 65 degrees.
