Use a bearing pedestal refrigeration system. When used correctly, the cooling water for the bearing block not only improves the service life of the bearing block, but also improves production efficiency. The material of the bearing block is generally made of special bearing block steel through various processes, and even good bearing block steel has its use limits, such as temperature. In the service state of the bearing pedestal, if the mold temperature is too high, it is easy to cause cracks on the surface of the mold core at an early stage, and some bearing pedestals may even have cracks before 2000 mold cycles.


Even in the production of bearing blocks, due to the high temperature of the bearing block, the color of the mold core has also changed, even reaching over 400 degrees after measurement. At this temperature, it is easy to crack when the release agent is cooled, and the products produced are prone to deformation, strain, and mold adhesion. When using cooling water for the bearing pedestal, the use of mold release agent can be greatly reduced, so that operators do not use mold release agent to reduce the temperature of the bearing pedestal. Its advantages are that it can effectively improve the service life of the bearing seat, save the die casting cycle, improve product quality, reduce mold adhesion, strain, and aluminum adhesion, and reduce the use of release agents. Due to overheating of the bearing pedestal, it can also reduce the loss of the ejector pin and core.

During the production process, the bearing pedestal must be preheated to avoid sudden contact with hot metal liquid and cracks in the cold bearing pedestal. For more complex bearing seats, blowtorch, liquefied gas, and good oil temperature machine can be used, while for relatively simple bearing seats, slow pressure preheating can be used.


Cleaning the parting surface of the bearing pedestal is very troublesome and can easily be ignored. Operators use gasoline to thoroughly clean the parting surface of the bearing block, which not only can avoid damage to the bearing block, but also can clean the residue on the bearing block that is blocked by mold release agent or other stains, which is conducive to the discharge of gas from the medium-sized cavity during the injection process and improves product quality.


If the bearing pedestal is equipped with neutron control, care should be taken not to connect the power cord between the die casting machine and the bearing pedestal. The reason is very clear. In daily production, it is difficult to prevent the power cord from coming into contact with water or the joint wrapping from easily breaking, resulting in a short connection to the machine tool. If there is a signal error, the alarm will automatically shut down, delaying the time, causing serious signal disturbance, leading to bearing seat fracture. Causing unnecessary losses.
