For more complex bearing pedestals, blowtorch and liquefied gas can be used. If conditions are good, a mold warmer can be used. For simpler bearing pedestals, slow pressure injection can be used for preheating.

Cleaning the parting surface of the bearing block is very time-consuming and easy to ignore. Operators should thoroughly clean the parting surface of the bearing block with kerosene, which not only prevents the bearing block from being crushed, but also can open up the exhaust grooves on the bearing block that are blocked by mold release agent residues or other dirt, which is conducive to the discharge of gas from the cavity during the injection process and improves product quality.
