Use of the bearing pedestal cooling system

When used correctly, the cooling water for the bearing seat not only extends the service life of the bearing seat, but also improves production efficiency. The material of the bearing block is generally made of special bearing block steel through various processes, and even good bearing block steel has their limits of use, such as temperature. When the bearing block is in use, if the mold temperature is too high, it is easy to cause cracks on the surface of the mold core early. Some bearing blocks have large areas of cracks before even exceeding 2000 mold cycles. Even during production, the mold core of the bearing block has changed color due to the high temperature of the bearing block, which has even reached over 400 degrees after measurement. This temperature can easily lead to turtle cracks when encountering the cooling state of the release agent, and the products produced are also prone to deformation, strain, and mold sticking. When using cooling water for the bearing block, the use of mold release agent can be greatly reduced, so that operators do not use mold release agent to reduce the temperature of the bearing block. Its advantages lie in effectively extending the life of the bearing seat, saving the die casting cycle, improving product quality, reducing the occurrence of mold adhesion, strain, and aluminum adhesion, and reducing the use of mold release agents. It can also reduce the loss of the ejector pin and core caused by overheating of the bearing seat temperature.
