The tightening sleeve is an accessory of the inner tapered bore bearing, which can ensure the stable operation of the supporting bearing. The longest service life is the basic requirement. To achieve this goal, the tightening sleeve product must reach high accuracy. The following technical accuracy are most important:


1. The cone angle difference of the tightening sleeve must be better than that expressed in the national standard △ D1mp - △ d3mp. The allowable deviation for different size segments is from+0.018-0.09, which requires that the cone angle difference of the tightening sleeve can only be large and not small, that is, the large end must be in contact with each other, and the small end of the cone can have a little clearance. If the cone hole fits poorly, the matching self-aligning roller bearing will form a single row of rollers under stress, which is unstable in operation, large in vibration, loud in music, easy to loosen, and short in bearing life, The cone angle difference of the high-precision locking sleeve should also be ≤ 0.005, ensuring that the mating contact area is not less than 90%.


2. The radial runout (commonly referred to as the wall thickness difference KDO) of the outer cone face of the tightening bushing to the inner hole should be highly accurate, otherwise the rotating shaft will have a centripetal force due to the normal amount, and it cannot operate in a bumpy manner. The vibration is large, the music is loud, and a wall thickness difference of "0" is an ideal configuration. The value of the national standard rule KD0 is about 1/2 of the clearance value of the bearing specification group for dimensions below the bearing inner diameter of 65, which is very similar to the clearance value of the C2 level accuracy. Therefore, it is not necessary to use the qualified tightening sleeve product in the matching of precision and heavy load bearings
