How to use the bearing retainer sleeve?

When the fixed collar is subjected to a holding load and heavy load, the inner and outer rings should adopt an interference fit, but sometimes the outer ring can be slightly loosened and should be able to swim axially in the housing hole of the fixed collar; When the fixed collar is subjected to swinging loads and light loads, a slightly loose fit can be used.

The amount of interference between the fastening collar and the shaft or housing hole depends on the size of the load. Under heavy loads, use a large amount of interference fit. Under light loads, use a small amount of interference fit. Generally, the radial load P is less than 0. 07C is a light load, and P is greater than 0. 07C is equal to or less than 0. 15C is the normal load, p exceeding 0. 15C is the heavy load (c is the rated dynamic load of the fastening sleeve).
What are the other requirements for rotational accuracy?
When there is a high rotational accuracy requirement for the fastening sleeve, clearance fit should be avoided in order to eliminate the impact of elastic deformation and vibration.
4. Structure and material of fastening sleeve hole
For formal shell holes, it is not advisable to use an interference fit when fitting the outer ring of the fastening sleeve, nor to rotate the outer ring within the shell hole. For fasteners installed on thin walled shell holes, light metal shell holes, or hollow shafts, a tighter fit than thick walled shell holes, cast iron shell holes, or solid shafts should be used.
5. Easy to install and disassemble
For heavy machinery, the fastening sleeve should be loosely fitted. When a fastening fit is required, you can choose a separate type fastening sleeve, inner ring with tapered holes, fastening sleeve, or withdrawal sleeve fastening sleeve.
Axial displacement of fastening sleeve
During the fitting process, when the ferrule of the fastening sleeve is required to move axially during operation, the outer ring of the fastening sleeve and the housing hole of the fastening sleeve should be loosely fitted.
