The material of the bearing block is generally made of special bearing block steel through various processes, and even good bearing block steel has their limits of use, such as temperature. When the bearing block is in use, if the mold temperature is too high, it can easily cause cracks in the mold core details. Some bearing blocks have large areas of cracks before even exceeding 2000 mold times. Even during production, the mold core of the bearing block has changed color due to the high temperature of the bearing block, which has even reached over 400 degrees after measurement. When the temperature is cooled by the release agent, cracks can easily occur, and the produced product is also prone to deformation, strain, and mold sticking. The use of mold release agent can be greatly increased when manipulating the cooling water of the bearing seat, so that the controller will not control the mold release agent to reduce the temperature of the bearing seat. Its advantages lie in effectively delaying the life of the bearing seat, saving the die casting cycle, improving product quality, increasing the occurrence of mold adhesion, strain, and aluminum adhesion, and increasing the use of mold release agent. It can also increase the consumption of the ejector pin and core due to overheating of the bearing seat temperature.


The bearing seat of the bearing adapter manufacturer must be preheated during the initial production process. To prevent the sudden occurrence of cracks in a cold bearing block caused by hot metal liquid, more complex bearing blocks can be preheated by using a blowtorch or liquefied gas, using a mold warmer if conditions are good, and using a slow pressure jet to preheat a simple bearing block.

3. Clearing the parting surface of the bearing block is very time-consuming and easy to ignore. The controller manipulates kerosene to completely clean the parting surface of the bearing block. This not only prevents the bearing block from being crushed, but also after cleaning, it can open up the exhaust grooves on the bearing block that are clogged with mold release agent residues or other dirt, which can obscure the product quality due to the overhead advancement of gas in the cavity during the injection process.


4. If the bearing pedestal equipment has neutron control, it is important to prohibit the signal line between the die casting machine and the bearing pedestal from having joints. The reason is clear. In general production, it is difficult to prevent the signal line from being contaminated with water or the binding area from being damaged, resulting in a short circuit to the machine tool. If the signal is faulty, it can cause an alarm to automatically shut down and delay the time, or it can cause a signal disorder and damage the bearing pedestal. Causing unnecessary loss.
