During assembly, do not directly hammer the end face and non stressed surface of the split bearing block. Use a press block, sleeve, or other assembly tools to evenly stress the split bearing block. Do not install through a rolling body to transmit power. If the assembly details are coated with lubricating oil, the assembly will be smoother. If the fit interference is large, the split bearing block should be heated to 80~90 ℃ in mineral oil and installed as soon as possible. The oil temperature should be strictly controlled to not exceed 100 ℃ to prevent tempering effect, hardness reduction, and dimensional recovery. When encountering difficulties in disassembly, it is recommended that you carefully spray hot oil onto the inner ring while manipulating the disassembly tool to pull outward. The heat will cause the inner ring of the split bearing seat to expand, making it easier to fall off.

Bearing seat rail and gear heat treatment: The raceway of the split bearing seat manufacturer's bearing seat is subjected to surface induction hardening treatment, and the quenching hardness is ensured to be between HRC55 and 62, which can achieve sufficient hardening layer depth. Due to the need to transmit force, one of the rings of the bearing pedestal is usually equipped with teeth. The heat treatment state of gears is generally normalized or quenched and tempered. The tooth surface can also be quenched according to user requirements, with a quenching hardness of HRC50 to 60, and sufficient depth can be ensured. According to different applications, gear quenching can be divided into full tooth quenching and single tooth induction hardening. Single tooth induction hardening can also be divided into tooth surface root hardening and tooth surface hardening.
2. Adapting the bearing seat to temperature and working environment: The bearing seat can perform normal tasks at - 300C+700C. If users need to adapt to lower or higher temperature bearing seats, the company can possibly fulfill extraordinary expectations. If the bearing seat is used in a particularly despicable environment, such as terrestrial climate, dust or abrasive particles, sand, cement, pulverized coal, etc. Special sealing rings, protective assemblies, and suitable oil passages must be selected.
