Cleaning and inspection of bearing pads: Large motor bearings are shipped separately in boxes. After unpacking, use eyebolts to separate the upper and lower pads, mark them, clean them with oil, dry them with a dry cloth, and check whether all grooves are clean. Whether there is residual sand in the casting, the tungsten layer is not well bonded to the tile body, and there are sand holes and other inclusions in the marked channels and cracks. If it is not possible to modify it, it is necessary to hang tungsten gold from scratch.


The cleaning and inspection of the bearing seat should also be carried out before the bearing seat device from the bearing adapter manufacturer is introduced. Scrape the dirt from the inner cavity of the bearing seat with a scraper, and wipe it off with a cloth dipped in gasoline or solvent. Observe for cracks and sand holes in order to avoid oil leakage during operation.


The joint surface between the bearing cover and the bearing seat, as well as the contact surface between the bearing seat and the bearing oil retaining ring, should be subject to polishing and scraping cooperation, and checked with a feeler gauge. The gap should not be greater than 0.03 mm. The bottom plate on which the bearing seat is placed should also be kept clean and free of bumps, rust, and burrs. He should carefully inspect the screws fastening the bearing block and the seat plate threads, and try to tighten the screws to see if they are too tight or bald.


Before assembly, ensure that the surface of the shaft sleeve and seat hole is free of foreign matters, and the surface of the seat hole should be as smooth as possible to avoid scratches during assembly.

During assembly, lubricating oil can be carefully applied to the inside of the shaft sleeve center. Non standard bearing seat manufacturers can assist in the installation of the shaft sleeve, but it is not easy to properly prevent the shaft sleeve from coming out during heavy loads or traffic.


During assembly, the mandrel should be slowly pressed in (it is recommended to operate the hydraulic press). It is prohibited to directly hit the shaft sleeve to avoid deformation.

5. In order to make assembly simpler and not destroy the wear-resistant layer, the end face of the shaft must have excessive chamfering and smoothness.
