1. Pre tightening of screw connections: According to whether the screw connections are tightened during assembly, they are divided into loose connections and tight connections. The control of the preload of the bearing pedestal can be controlled empirically for general bolt connections, while for important bolt connections, torque measuring wrenches or constant torque wrenches are usually used to control.
2. Anti looseness of threaded connection: The standard threaded parts used for connection can meet the self-locking conditions. After tightening the nut, the friction force between the nut and the bearing surface of the connected part also helps to prevent the nut from loosening. The thread locking device is designed to prevent relative movement of the screw pair, and can be divided into three categories according to its principle:
1) Force locking and anti loosening: The manufacturer of split bearing seats adopts various structural measures to ensure that the friction force in the threaded pair does not change with the fluctuation of the external load of the connection, and maintains a large anti loosening friction resistance moment.
2) O-ring locking and locking
3) Non detachable and anti loosening measures to damage the screw pair: After tightening the nut, use methods such as punching, welding, and bonding to make the screw connection non detachable. Punch the nut for 2-3 points after tightening it; After welding and tightening the nuts, spot weld the nuts and bolts; Bonding: Apply adhesive to the screw thread fitting surface. After tightening the nut, the adhesive can cure itself, with good anti loosening effect. These methods are generally used for connection and are simple and reliable in preventing looseness.
4) Liquid cooling refers to the design of a cooling water cycle inside the motorized spindle, with corresponding cooling machines installed externally to circulate the cooling liquid inside the spindle to remove internal heat. The advantages of this cooling method are simple and reliable design, and the cooling effect is relatively obvious. The disadvantages are that the cooling effect on the main shaft core is relatively poor, and the cost of the cooling machine is relatively high.
5) Forced air cooling refers to the design of a forced convection channel between the housing of the electric spindle and the stator of the motor. The heat generated by the motor enters the forced convection zone through heat conduction, and finally brings the heat into the air to achieve constant temperature operation of the electric spindle. Forced air cooling has the characteristic of no pollution. If static pressure gas bearings are used, the gas from the static pressure gas bearings can be used to circulate inside the spindle to remove some of the heat from the motor.
It is necessary to cool and dissipate heat on the electric spindle, especially in hot weather. If you find that the electric spindle overheats during application, it is necessary to consider whether to take heat dissipation measures. Do not allow the electric spindle to overheat, which may affect its service life.
Ordinary frequency conversion is scalar drive and control, and its drive control characteristics are constant torque drive, with output power proportional to rotational speed. The dynamic performance of ordinary frequency conversion control is not ideal, and the control performance is poor at low speeds. The output power is not stable enough, and it does not have the C-axis function. However, due to its low price and simple structure, it is generally used for grinding machines and ordinary high-speed milling machines.
