When using cooling water for the bearing pedestal, the use of mold release agents can be significantly reduced, so operators do not use mold release agents to reduce the temperature of the bearing pedestal.

Its advantages are to extend the service life of the bearing seat, save the die casting cycle, improve production, reduce the occurrence of mold sticking, strain, and aluminum sticking, and reduce the use of mold release agents. It can also reduce the loss of the ejector pin and core caused by overheating of the bearing pedestal temperature.

During the process of starting consumption of the bearing pedestal, it is necessary to stop preheating the bearing pedestal to avoid cracks caused by sudden contact of the cold bearing pedestal with hot metal liquid. Messy bearing seats can use blowtorch, liquefied gas, and mold thermometers in good condition. Compared to simple bearing blocks, slow pressure preheating can be used.
