How to maintain the bearing pedestal?

At this temperature, the release agent is prone to cracking when cooled, and the products produced are prone to deformation, strain, and mold adhesion. The use of cooling water for the bearing block can greatly reduce the use of mold release agents, preventing operators from using mold release agents to reduce the temperature of the bearing block. Its advantages are effectively extending the service life of the bearing seat, saving die casting cycles, improving product quality, reducing adhesion and strain, and reducing the use of release agents. It can also reduce the loss of the ejector pin and core due to overheating of the bearing seat temperature.


During the production process, the bearing pedestal must be preheated to prevent the cold bearing pedestal from suddenly encountering hot metal liquid, leading to cracks. More complex bearing blocks can use spray lamps, liquefied gases and good mold thermometers, while relatively simple bearing blocks can use slow pressure jets for preheating.
