When installing the locking sleeve, the lock nut locks the bearing onto the sleeve, and a spacer ring must be inserted between the shaft shoulder and the inner ring at the other end. Determination of the service life of the fastening sleeve.

According to the national standard, the dimension segment of KD0 large bearing with an inner diameter less than 65 is about 1/2 of the large clearance of the standard group of bearings, which is equivalent to the larger clearance value of C2 level. Therefore, fasteners conforming to the national standard cannot be used for matching precision level heavy load bearings.


The taper angle difference of the fastening sleeve must be better. The national standard is expressed as △ D1mp - △ d3mp, and the allowable deviation for different size segments is+0.018-0.09. The upper deviation requires that the taper angle difference of the fastening sleeve should only be large and not small, that is, the large end needs to be matched and contacted. The small tapered end can have a little clearance, and the tapered hole does not fit well. Matching self-aligning roller bearings can cause a single row of rollers to be stressed, unstable in operation, high in vibration, loud in noise, easy to loosen, and short in bearing life. The cone angle difference of high-precision locking sleeves should be ≤ 005, ensuring that the matching contact area is not less than 90%.


3. The linearity of the outer cone surface and inner hole surface of the fastening sleeve is good, the geometric tolerance is good, and the cylindricity accuracy is good. The national standard does not stipulate that any single sectional dimension is acceptable within the allowable range. The control of the linearity of the outer cone surface is not strict, especially when grinding the outer cone surface, the workpiece itself has poor linearity, the grinding wheel correction is poor, and the surface linearity is poor. Generally, enterprises do not have a profiler to check, and there are problems with the product in the fastening sleeve industry in China, It seriously affects the matching accuracy and stability, as well as poor bearing performance.
