Meaning of bearing seat, common problems and solutions
The turntable bearing pedestal is a large and oversized bearing pedestal capable of accepting comprehensive loads, characterized by compact structure, sensitive rotation, and convenient device maintenance. Where there are bearings, there must be support points. The inner support point of the bearing is a shaft center, and the outer support is called a bearing seat.
Meaning of bearing seat

1、 Wear issues
Wear is a common problem in bearing seats, and bearing seat wear often occurs.
2、 Repair method
Traditional methods generally use surfacing and machining for repair, but surfacing can cause the surface of the part to reach high temperatures, resulting in deformation or pear shaped patterns of the part, and the size obtained through machining can greatly extend downtime. On the other hand, the on-site repair uses forsythia blue polymer composite material, which has no thermal impact and unlimited repair thickness. The reducer transmits large torque. During long-term operation, there is a gap between the bearing pedestal and the outer ring of the bearing, resulting in uneven wear of the bearing chamber. The main wear part is located on the upper cover of the gearbox, and the lower housing is slightly worn. The deep wear depth is around 2 mm.
