Bearing adapter sleeve
Special attention should be paid to the following points during the use of the bearing block: the application of the bearing block cooling system. When used correctly, the cooling water for the bearing seat not only extends the service life of the bearing seat, but also improves consumption efficiency. The data for the bearing pedestal is usually produced by various processes.
No matter how good the bearing pedestal steel is, there are limitations to its use, such as temperature. When the bearing seat is in use, if the mold temperature is too high, it is easy to cause cracks on the surface of the mold core at an early stage, and some bearing seats may even have cracks no more than 2000 mold times. Therefore, due to the excessively high temperature of the bearing block, the mold core of the bearing block changes color during consumption.
After measuring to over 400 degrees Celsius, such temperatures can easily cause cracks when subjected to mold release agent chilling, and consumer products can easily deform, strain, and stick to the mold. The use of cooling water for the bearing block can greatly reduce the use of mold release agents, preventing operators from using mold release agents to reduce the temperature of the bearing block.
Its advantages are to extend the service life of the bearing seat, save the die casting cycle, improve production quality, reduce mold adhesion and strain, and reduce the use of release agents. It can also reduce the loss of the ejector pin and core caused by overheating of the bearing seat.
During the initial dissipation of the bearing pedestal, the bearing pedestal should be stopped from preheating to prevent the cold bearing pedestal from suddenly encountering hot metal liquid, leading to cracks. More complex bearing blocks can use spray lamps, liquefied gases and good mold thermometers. Compared with simple bearing blocks, slow pressure preheating can be used.
