Make sure that the center line of the bearing block is on the same shaft. Then check the wire drawing method and painting.

The key points to pay attention to when installing equipment bearing shells are:

Sliding bearing seat
No matter how good the bearing pedestal steel is, their use is limited, such as temperature. In the application state of the bearing pedestal, assuming that the mold temperature is too high, the mold core appearance is prone to cracking at an early stage, and some of the bearing pedestal cracks in a large area, not exceeding 2000 mold times. Therefore, due to the excessively high temperature of the bearing block, the mold core changes color when the bearing block is consumed.
Through measurement, it reaches above 400 degrees. At this temperature, the release agent is prone to cracking in cold conditions, and the consumed product is prone to deformation, strain, and adhesion. When using cold water for the bearing block, the use of mold release agent can be greatly reduced, so that operators do not use mold release agent to reduce the temperature of the bearing block.
Its advantages are to extend the service life of the bearing seat, save the die casting cycle, improve production quality, reduce mold adhesion and strain, and reduce the use of release agents. It can also reduce the loss of the ejector pin and core caused by overheating of the bearing pedestal temperature.
